Deposits:
 
Minimum $100 nonrefundable deposit is required on all wedding packages.  $100 nonrefundable deposit is required on all proms, night out, and special events, and a valid credit card must be on file.


Payment:
 
We accept cash and major credit cards.  Checks are only accepted for payment 2 weeks prior to date of service, all returned checks are subject to a $25 handling fee.  Weddings and proms must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to date of service.

Flight Arrivals
 
We will monitor your flight though the airline.  Your chauffeur will provide you with a cell phone number and be waiting for you at the designated area at your terminal.  Any change in your flight -- delay or cancellation -- must be relayed to us.  Please use our toll free number, 800-418-0007.


 
 
Gratuity
 
We are often asked about gratuities.  A minimum 20% gratuity is customary on all night outs and special events.   
 
Cancellations
 
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.  If a reservation is cancelled after this time, the full cost plus 20% gratuity (if not already included) will be charged accordingly.
 
 
No Show Policy
 
If you schedule a pick up and you leave the airport by any other means of transportation other than Currys Limousine, the full fee plus 20% gratuity will be charged.  Anyone who has not contacted us within 1 hour after their flight has landed will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly.
